This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications (the “Apps”) published by TEYES Apps Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). It explains what information the Apps handle and how it is used. By using any of our Apps you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Handle

Our Apps are designed to work without you creating an account. We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number. Depending on the App and the features you use, the following data may be processed:

• Device & usage data — device model, OS version, language, app version, and anonymous gameplay/usage events used to keep the App working and to improve it.
• Advertising identifier — a resettable ID used by our advertising partner to show ads and measure performance.
• Diagnostics — crash and performance data to help us fix problems.
• Purchases — if you buy something, the transaction is processed by the app store. We receive confirmation but never your card or payment details.
• Leaderboards (optional) — if you sign in, your chosen public gamer profile and scores are handled by the platform’s game service.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on trusted third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play Services / Google Play Games (sign-in, leaderboards) — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store (in-app purchases) — handled by the store.

3. How Information Is Used

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Apps.
• To display advertising (personalized or non-personalized).
• To process in-app purchases and restore entitlements.
• To provide optional leaderboards and social features.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

• Android — Settings → Google → Ads: reset/delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
• iOS — the App asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency); you may decline and change it anytime in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an App participates in a “families” program, advertising is served non-personalized. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Sharing & Retention

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers above to operate the Apps, and retained only as long as necessary or as required by law.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
