These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all mobile applications (the “Apps”) published by TEYES Apps Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Apps except where the law permits.
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases (removing ads, virtual currency, cosmetics). Purchases are processed by the app store under their terms.
The Apps may display advertising to support free access, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to break the law, cheat or exploit bugs for unfair advantage, disrupt other users, or interfere with the operation or security of the Apps.
The Apps and all related content — graphics, characters, code, and trademarks — are owned by TEYES Apps Studio or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEYES Apps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
